Multiple accolades for Firstsource
A Northern Ireland company has won three National Outsourcing Association (NOA) awards.
Firstsource Solutions, which employs 2,000 staff across four contact centres, picked up the NOA award for Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year.
It also won Telecommunications, Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year, with Telefonica O2 Connected World, for the work based in Firstsource's Claremont Centre, Londonderry and the Innovation in Outsourcing award, with giffgaff, for the work based in Northland Road, also Londonderry.
Iain Regan, global head of sales and marketing, said the entire team was delighted to be recognised by its peers:
