New director at PR firm

Public relations firm JPR has appointed Chris Harrison as shareholding director, joining Jane Wells and Joris Minne on the board.

The firm, based in Belfast, said Mr Harrison's appointment followed some "strategic client wins" and rebranding. Managing director Jane Wells said: "Chris has been an integral part of that renewal process spearheading JPR's rebrand, building a more innovative website and increasing our presence on social platforms.

"His contribution to business development recently translated into securing new contracts with clients such as Digital UK and pharmaceuticals group Almac."

JPR, founded in 1976, is Northern Ireland's oldest PR consultancy.
