New jobs agency targets over-65s

MARY Portas is to help over-65s back into work by opening an employment agency. The high street shopping guru believes she has spotted a new "business opportunity" by tapping into the grey army of people who may be considered to be on the scrap-heap. Her venture will feature in a Channel 4 series Mary's Jobs for Life.
