Three units at luxury Co Tyrone shopping destination The Linen Green are now available to let.

The centre, located at Moygashel outside Dungannon, is under new ownership after English company the Neptune Group snapped it up from US fund Cerberus last year.

But it was badly hit by flooding in December 2015 as a result of Storm Desmond.

It's understood Neptune paid around £5.5m for the development.

It is home to high-end retailers including Boudoir, Bedeck, Ulster Weavers, Foxford and the Lingerie Room.

But now the former home of the Deli on the Green restaurant is available to let, along with the Dyehouse, as well as a unit known as The Warehouse.

The shopping village is on the site of the former Moygashel Linen Mills, which were established in the 1780s.
