Hillsborough, home to the world-renowned Oyster Festival, will host an exciting new dining experience with the Plough Inn opening a new seafood restaurant 'Seafood Gourmet' at its premises in the heart of the village.

Commenting on the new restaurant, Gemma Bell, corporate relations at Diageo Northern Ireland, said: "Seafood and Guinness Mid Strength is a great combination and having supported the Hillsborough Oyster Festival for many years we see our support of this exciting new restaurant as a natural progression of the festival and the expectation of great seafood, served up with a quality pint of Guinness Mid Strength."

The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and serves from 5pm to 9.30pm. For party reservations, tel: 028 9268 2985.
