Food and drink companies and agri-businesses in Northern Ireland have been invited to enter the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards by a leading figure in the sector.
Dr David Dobbin CBE, chairman of the judging panel, said the awards provide an excellent opportunity to promote a business and celebrate its success.
The Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards have dedicated categories for businesses in the sector through their Food -amp; Drink and Agri-Business categories.
The awards are supported by Invest Northern Ireland, InterTradeIreland and Small Business Can. They are run in partnership with the Belfast Telegraph.
Dr Dobbin, who is group chief executive of United Dairy Farmers, said: "I look forward to seeing a strong entry list from Northern Ireland, which I have no doubt will have a healthy representation from the agri-food sector.
"The awards highlight business success on an all-island platform and I would encourage food, drink and agri companies to enter."
The Overall Ulster Bank Business Achiever will receive a comprehensive prize package including a publishing bursary, business mentoring, and a full service communications workshop.
The awards are open to all SMEs.
