Outlet welcomes Villeroy & Boch
A new homeware store has opened at an outlet shopping centre in Co Down, with the creation of six new jobs.
The Outlet in Banbridge said its Villeroy -amp; Boch shop was the company's first in Northern Ireland. The German business has been creating ceramics since 1748.
Villeroy & Boch's opening follows the arrival of Paul Costelloe and Mamas -amp; Papas.
The Outlet's asset managers, Glenrye Properties Services, also secured the arrival of Next Clearance last year.
Pauline Tipping, tenant liaison executive at The Outlet, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for the Villeroy & Boch brand and for homeware lovers across the island to avail of a huge variety of unique pieces."
Meanwhile, a shoe shop in Londonderry has moved premises from a city centre high street location into a nearby shopping centre.
DTZ McCombe Pierce said they had acted for Shoe Zone in acquiring a new leasehold interest in the Richmond Centre, moving from Ferryquay Street.
