Battling Belfast-born developer Paddy McKillen is selling a home on a stretch of California coastline – a slice of paradise an hour's drive from LA.
With a $7m (£4.5m) asking price, it is situated above the Pacific surf at Laguna Beach.
McKillen's son, Tyrone, is the appointed agent for the sale through the firm he works for, Hilton & Hyland.
McKillen's court appeal against millionaire Barclay brothers over ownership of London hotels Claridge's, Berkeley and Connaught, was heard this month.
