Pensions roulette's winners and losers

The state pensions system "would baffle Albert Einstein", the Pensions Minister has said as figures showed OAPs can receive £200 a week more than others.

Differences in the 'pensions roulette' system, which could add up to £10,000 a year, occur as the level of basic and additional state payouts can widely vary under "complex" regulations, the Department for Work and Pensions said.
