A supplier of sausages and bacon to supermarkets reported a 10% sales jump after its pork products featured on more dinner tables over Christmas.
Cranswick supplies the Jamie Oliver brand as well as Sainsbury's and Tesco. Its sales for the quarter to December 31 were up by 10% on a year earlier. The figure compares with growth of 8% in the quarter to September 30.
