Public are urged to share a vote with Coca-Cola for best lifestyle project

Nine not-for-profit organisations from across Northern Ireland have been shortlisted to potentially receive funding from the Coca-Cola Thank You Fund.

A total of 45 have been shortlisted across the island of Ireland and each project has been recognised for its innovative approach to delivering a programme or initiative that will encourage local communities to lead more balanced, healthy and active lifestyles.

Coca-Cola is now calling on members of the public to play their part and vote for the organisation they believe to be the most worthy recipient of funding from the Thank You Fund at www.coca-cola.ie/thankyou. One overall winner will receive as much as £21,000 (€25,000) and a further 10 organisations will receive £8,000 (€10,000).

The Northern Ireland organisations shortlisted include the likes of New Lodge Duncairn Community Health Centre and Belfast Royal Mencap Society.

The complete Coca-Cola Thank You Fund shortlist is available at www.coca-cola.ie/thankyou, and the public vote will remain open until midnight on Monday, September 30.
