Resort in Limavady toasts 20 years of luxury living

By Amanda Ferguson

The Roe Park Resort in Limavady is celebrating its 20th anniversary in style. The luxury hotel, situated on the edge of the Roe Valley Country Park, opened in June 1995.

Once an historic 19th century manor house, it is now a popular four-star resort with 118 bedrooms, two restaurants, leisure facilities and golf course. General manager George Graham said the success of our golfers, TV and film industry had helped boost business.

"The success of the Roe Park Resort is a direct result of the emphasis we place on investing in the resort and making sure our guests receive a luxurious and relaxing stay at the hotel.

"Our location close to the north coast is also a key factor and, as well as our own superb golf course, we are also in close proximity to some of Ireland's most renowned links courses."
