Rushmere fully let for run-up to Christmas

Published 29/09/2015

Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon has said it is now fully let after signing up technology retailer CEX and mobile phone accessory store Uberfone.

The latest arrivals follow openings by fashion sports shoe retailer Skechers and jewellers Pandora.

Danish fashion brand At the Studio has also opened its doors, along with Clockwork, the new incarnation of Clockwork Orange, founded by Sam Morrison jr.

At the Studio, which is owned by Bestseller, sells brands including Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, ONLY, Pieces and Vila clothing.

A Rushmere spokeswoman said CEX was opening its 1,892 sq ft store on West Mall - and Uberfone its 1,000 sq ft East Mall unit - "just in time for Christmas".

CEX has 10 stores in Northern Ireland, while Uberfone has five.

Centre manager Martin Walsh said: "Trade has been very strong in recent weeks and with the new lettings filling our last few units, we can look forward to performance increasing even further in the run-up to the festive season."
