Ryanair rises to new height in passengers
Ryanair has notched up another record month of passenger traffic, with numbers rising 10% in August to 10.3 million.
That beats the previous monthly record - only set in July - when it carried 10.1 million passengers.
The airline is also set to unveil a significant expansion of its services from Dublin Airport today.
Ryanair said that its load factor in August - which is the percentage of available seats it filled - rose two percentage points to 95%.
The airline has been targeting flyers including families and business travellers with a range of better services, new routes and increased frequencies.
It has also been starting to take delivery of a number of new aircraft.
