Shops and hotel up for auction
Property auctions at the end of this month will feature bargains including a Belfast retail unit for £10,000 and a derelict hotel in Co Donegal for £30,000.
The former fruit shop at 317 Woodstock Road is one of nearly 30 lots at the Lambert Smith Hampton auction to be held on March 31 at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.
And an occupied shop in Bangor has a maximum reserve 10 times that of the east Belfast shop - £100,000. The auctioneers are also off-loading plots of land across the province, including a one-acre site at Finvoy Road in Ballymoney at just £10,000.
And agents Osborne King will also hold an auction on March 30 at Clayton Hotel in the city's Ormeau Avenue. Properties include the derelict, three-storey Roneragh Hotel in Fahan.
Mark Carron of Osborne King said there was strong interest in the marketplace for auction sales.
He said the agency expected a strong turnout from investors.
