Slight decrease in work injuries

The number of UK work-related injuries has fallen slightly, but more days are being lost to injury and ill-health.

Around 22,400 major injuries were reported in the year to March, 500 fewer than the previous 12 months, but over 88,000 other injuries kept people off work for at least four days.
