The Belfast Telegraph has launched a website selling giftware and art, www.belfasttelegraphstudio.co.uk.

The site will showcase the work of Northern Ireland artists such as Keith Drury, whose piece Belfast Isle is an inspired vision of the city's most beloved sites and landmarks.

Newspaper sales manager Marette Mooney said: "We are delighted to be launching our new online shop, which hosts an array of Irish art, crafts, gifts and textiles at a wide range of prices.

"There's a niche in the corporate market for companies who wish to buy Christmas gifts for their customers. And we think that for companies who are forging relationships in export markets, the items on offer could make a great gift, reflecting the vibrancy of Northern Ireland's culture and art."

Ms Mooney said the site would soon feature pieces reflecting the heritage of the Belfast Telegraph.
