A County Down discount retail park has announced the opening of three new stores.
HMV, The Perfume Shop and Holland and Barrett have all opened at The Outlet during the last six weeks.
Strong festive trading figures and a prime location, at Banbridge on the A1 between Belfast and Dublin, are cited as the main reasons for the surge in retailer interest.
Pauline Tipping, tenant liaison executive at The Outlet, said: "We are delighted to be adding these three fantastic brands to our list of stores.
"HMV and The Perfume Shop will enhance the gifting aspect of our retail portfolio and Holland and Barrett are already trading strongly on the back of enhanced footfall to the scheme.
"We are all extremely positive the final quarter of 2010 will bring footfall to the scheme from all over Ireland and have planned promotions and events to maximise traffic and support our retailers in this crucial retail period."
HMV created 10 jobs with their new 2,000 sq ft store. Manager Gennaro Castaldo said: "The format of our store at The Outlet is a first in Ireland for HMV. It complements our high street offering, and extends choice to our customers."
