Two flights between Dublin and the USA were cancelled yesterday because of industrial action by cabin crew.
Aer Lingus flight EI 137 from Dublin to Boston and flight EI 136 from Boston to Dublin were axed as staff, who are members of Impact union, refused to operate the flights under a new roster system. Customers were re-accommodated on flights to New York last night or to Boston today. Aer Lingus said it "sincerely regretted" the cancellations.
