UTV Media plc has announced a 15% rise in pre-tax profits. The Belfast TV and radio company saw pre-tax profits rise to £1.9m from £9.5m in 21.
John McCann said the interim results, for the six-month period until June 3, were "robust". Net debt was reduced by 18% with TV advertising revenue at the company up 4%.
