Why Moonpig founder is over the moon

The founder of personalised greeting cards firm Moonpig.com is set for a windfall after the company was sold for £120m.

Digital photo service PhotoBox has bought Moonpig in a deal which will see chairman Nick Jenkins receive a large payout for some of his 35% stake in the company he set up in 1999.

Mr Jenkins, who will reinvest in the new business, said the move will enable Moonpig to enter new overseas markets.
