What a cracker export

When we talk of exports we're happy enough if it's across the border, and cock-a-hoop if we manage to get across the Irish Sea. Continental Europe, Asia, Australasia or the Americas are on our exporting wish list but few firms manage to pin buyers there down.

Not so for Tyrone firm Fivemiletown Creamery, which is ensuring that when flying around the globe your after dinner crackers will have a truly tasty accompaniment.

They've secured an export deal to supply cheese to Gate Gourmet, the company which provides in-flight meals to airplanes which fly to every corner of the globe.

Now that is a deal to be proud of and the next time you fly you can say to your fellow passengers, 'Blessed are the cheesemakers'.*
