Green shoots in sight, but we can't relax yet
Some up and down news from the Chambers of Commerce.
While the organisation has improved it's outlook for growth in the UK economy in 2012 following a bit of an uptick in the last quarter, we're still not going to grow.

The autumn is traditionally a bouyant period and all eyes will be on how we perform over the Christmas period and for the first few months of 2013 so we can gauge whether it's too early to be thinking that those green shoots that we've been too scared to mention recently are on the way.
Hopefully George Osborne has provided a bit of a boost for all of us in his pre-budget today.
