Track record : Matt worked as a Merchandiser for Spar before moving to TJ Hughes, Middlesbrough, in 2003 as a full-time sales assistant. He took up his first sales manager position in Sunderland and went on to be the sales manager at TJ Hughes’ fourth biggest store in Newcastle.
