Foyle Food Group is an important part of Northern Irelandís meat processing sector. It is the owner of Donegal Meat, Omagh Meats and Foyle Meats as well as holding 25% of the share capital of the Hilton Food Group.

The company does business with some of the largest supermarket groups in Europe including Tesco in the UK and Ireland, Albert Heijn in the Netherlands and ICA Supermarkets in Sweden.

The group has enjoyed an increase in annual sales of more than 50% in the seven years since 2000. A significant share of its annual turnover comes from its associate companies, valued at nearly £50m in 2006.
