Teleperformance is a leading provider of outsourced call-centre services.

In Northern Ireland the company has been in operation for more than 11 years, initially based at Bangor and more recently at Newry.

Throughout 2010 Teleperformance have employed on average more than 1,450 staff supporting a wide range of clients from within both public and private sectors.

In 2010, Teleperformance have been keen to further expand their operation within the UK and also to develop new sites at Cape Town in South Africa and Cairo in Egypt.

In the last quarter of 2010, Teleperformance announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity of UK-based call centre firm beCogent.

Teleperformance NI says it intends to continue delivering high standards of customer service and for the second year in succession were the winners of ‘The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service in the UK’ for their F&C Investments service provision.
