HCL BPO (Business Processes Outsourcing) Services employs around 1,300 people in Belfast and Armagh on inbound and outbound call centre activities, back-end business processes and marketing campaign services.
It has clients in sectors including telecom, retail, banking, media utilities and publishing. The company was the first Indian business investor in Northern Ireland, and serves customers in Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
A new head was appointed to the company last year when Rahul Singh became president of HCL BPO Business Services.
