The email call-centre company was founded in Belfast in February 2000 and acquired by California-based firm Concentrix Corporation, a US-listed company, in September 2010 for an undisclosed sum.

It provides sales, Customer Service and Tech Support roles in 34 different languages and also has a Social Media and Software development division.

The company has 8,500 people worldwide while the Belfast operation now has three locations in servicing organisations such as Microsoft, Cisco, CA Technologies, ASOS, PayPal, Electronic Arts, Tourism Ireland, Channel 4, British Gas, BT, Lexis Nexis, amongst others.

Headcount climbed by around 350 last year while turnover was up around £6m and profit by around £100,000.
