HCL BPO (Business Processes Outsourcing) Services is an Indian-owned company based in Belfast.

Its main business is focused on providing inbound and outbound call centre outsourcing services, back end business processes and marketing campaign services.

It has clients in sectors including telecom, retail, banking, media utilities and publishing. The company was the first Indian business investor in Northern Ireland, and serves customers in Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.

Last year saw it close its Armagh base with the loss of around 200 jobs although figures for the end of June 2012 show employment fell by over 400 on the year.

In the same year it opened a new high tech centre in Kilkenny where it created 220 jobs.
