The company was founded in Belfast in 2000 when Philip Cassidy identified a market opportunity for the provision of outsourced email handling services. It is now one of Europe’s leading independent providers of outsourced contact centre services across email, telephone, SMS, and live chat in 29 languages.

Since its inception, the business has grown to four offices two in Belfast, one in Derry and one in Debrecen, Hungary. In early 2009 the company said it hopes to create another 900 jobs over three years following an investment of £5.5m by Invest NI.

In March the company also said it plans to expand its services into the web development sector and recruit web application developers after securing a contract to support a search engine for a large technology company.
