Now in its fourth decade, the group has 750 employees across its five sites — Foyle Meats, Omagh Meats, Donegal Meat Processors, Foyle Proteins and Hilton Meats, Cookstown.

The group processes around 180,000 cattle every year but stopped processing lambs in 2010. The Foyle Food Group was re-organised in March 2007 so that it became a wholly owned subsidiary of a new company, Faughan Ltd.
