The Belfast company provides outsoured customer services to Microsoft, Cisco, Tourism Ireland, Channel 4, Electronic Arts and ASOS among others.

They were awarded ‘cool vendor’ status by Gartner in 2011 for their work in social media.

They also won best outsourced partner of the year with Cisco and best new product/service for their social media services at the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) Awards in October 2011. Chief executive Philip Cassidy remains in his post following the acquisition.
