Co Tyrone company Acheson and Glover operates form a number of sites throughout Northern Ireland.
It was founded in 1960 to provide limestone from a quarry in Fivemiletown. It has since grown into a leading manufacturer of paving and flags, retaining walls, masonry blocks, bricks (including a mortarless brick system), precast stairs, concrete, blocks and quarried stone.
Two years ago it was one of the few Northern Ireland companies to win a contract for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The £250,000 deal for the 80,000-capacity Olympic Stadium sees the company supply 500mm deep hollow core concrete slabs for use in the podium deck surrounding the venue and 12 special concrete lift caps.
Divisions of the company include Acheson & Glover Precast, Acheson & Glover (Ireland), and Regrow.
