It operates from four sites, Baileys Global Supply, a £40m state-of-the-art facility at Mallusk; the Old Bushmills Distillery in the north of the province; a canning and bottling plant at Castlereagh on the outskirts of Belfast and its sales and marketing division at Boucher Road in south Belfast.

The company is one of the investors in the £66m all-Ireland Ulster Bank Diageo venture capital fund aimed at early and expansion stage companies throughout the island and it also helps local charities through its community awards scheme. It donated £310,000 just before Christmas.
