Andras House celebrated 30 years in business in 2011. Established by Lord Rana in 1981, it is the parent company for a number of business activities in Northern Ireland controlled by Lord Rana.
It’s primary businesses are property investment and the provision of accommodation and hospitality services.
The group successfully operate five hotels under licence from leading international hotel brands; the flagship Ramada Plaza Belfast at Shawsbridge, DAYS Hotel Belfast, Holiday Inn Express Belfast City Centre, IBIS City Centre Belfast and IBIS Queens Quarter Belfast. The two IBIS hotels in Belfast have been acknowledged as the joint leading hotels for guest satisfaction within the entire UK IBIS portfolio of over 60 properties for 2011. The group also operate Cordia Serviced Apartments on the Lisburn Road, Belfast. The group have exciting and ambitious plans to develop further hotels in Belfast, Derry and Portrush, leading to further employment opportunities.
