Dog owners had no licences

Two Belfast dog owners have been fined in court this week for failing to have a licence for their pet.
Charlene Close, from Ainsworth Avenue in north Belfast, was fined £20 and ordered to pay costs of £66 for failing to have a licence for her Pomeranian dog.
Sharon Murray, from Edith Street in east Belfast, was also fined £20 and ordered to pay costs of £66 for failing to have a licence for her terrier dog.
The prosecutions were brought by Belfast City Council.
