The legendary Rod Stewart will be ‘sailing’ to Belfast next year to play an eagerly anticipated concert as part of his new tour.

The Scottish superstar, whose new album Soulbook made the top 10 in the UK and US charts, will be performing at the Odyssey Arena on Saturday, May 15.

The new album features stunning interpretations of 60s/70s soul classics and includes superstar duets with Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson.

Tickets are £60, £55 and £49.

The man behind one of the most played songs in Britain, Steve Harley, is set to play a gig in Belfast next year.

Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel, famed for their hit song Make Me Smile, will be performing at Spring & Airbrake on Monday, May 24, 2010, as part of a tour of the UK and Ireland.

Steve Harley is undeniably one of music’s biggest legends, with many chart topping hits under his belt.

Tickets are priced £22.

The fantastic Paolo Nutini will be making his welcome return to Belfast next week.

The Scottish star will be performing at the Waterfront Hall on Wednesday, December 2.

He shot to fame back in 2006 with Last Request. Other hits include Rewind and Jenny Don't Be Hasty.

Tickets are £27.50 and £25.

Due to phenomenal demand an extra Belfast date has been added to the X Factor Tour.

The show will now be at the Odyssey Arena on April 1, 2010, as well as March 17, 18 and 29, 2010.

Tickets are £31.50.

The huge dance event that is Clubland returns to Belfast next week as part of a UK tour.

Entitled Clubland Live 3, the show comes to the Odyssey Arena on Wednesday, December 2.

The three hour dance event will feature the likes of Cascada, N-Dubz, Darren Styles, Agnes and many more.

Tickets are £28.50 and £30.

Fans of Michael Jackson are in for a treat as the spectacular, high octane show celebrating his career comes to Belfast.

Thriller Live will be on at the Odyssey Arena on Friday, November 27. Moonwalking its way around the world after three acclaimed European tours and standing ovations in London's West End, Thriller Live brings to life on stage the sensational dancing and distinctive sound of the Jackson's greatest hits.

Tickets are £38.

Medium, healer and psychic surgeon Lydia Lynn will be putting on a show with a difference in Belfast next year.

The TV star will be on in the Studio at the Waterfront Hall on Friday, February 19, 2010.

Lydia has been working with the spirit world since she was a child. From the age of five, she has been able to see the spirit world and has had many vivid dreams come true.

Tickets are £17.50.

Another show with a difference is The Dog Whisperer when Cesar Millan will be putting man’s best friend through their paces in Belfast next year.

The TV sensation, who has trained the dogs of Oprah Winfrey, Scarlett Johansson, Will Smith and Nicolas Cage, will be coming to the Odyssey Arena on Tuesday, March 16, 2010.

Cesar Millan will have audiences spellbound as he shares his amazing insights on dog psychology.

Tickets are £39.50 and £99 for VIP.

Boston four-piece Junius make their debut trip to the province to play in Belfast this week.

The band will play an intimate show in Auntie Annies Attic on Friday, November 27. Their recent album The Martyrdom of a Catastrophist has received critical acclaim and is available via Make My Day Records.

Tickets are £8.50.

THE 90s will be brought to life this weekend as Eurodance stars The Vengaboys hit the Beach Club at the Odyssey Pavilion on Saturday, November 28.

The Netherlands-based act conquered Europe and America towards the end of the last decade with a string of top chart hits including We Like to Party, Boom Boom Boom Boom and We're Going to Ibiza.

Doors open 9pm and entry is £8 before 10.30pm and £10 after.

If you are in search of some top comedy this year, Roy Chubby Brown will be performing in Belfast this week.

The colourful character will be at the Waterfront Hall on Thursday, November 26. His latest DVD was released this month.

Tickets are priced at £27.50 and £25.
