Snow Patrol’s long-awaited shows are upon us, as the talented group take to the stage in Belfast next week.

The Co Down lads will be playing at the Waterfront Hall on Monday, December 7, Tuesday, December 8, and Wednesday December 9 for a show entitled Snow Patrol Reworked.

Snow Patrol's Reworked tour offers a chance to look back to the early days of their career as well as giving fans the opportunity to hear their work interpreted in a brand new way. Each show starts at 8pm sharp and there will be no support.

Tickets are £49 and £54.

Heavy Metal legends Metallica have confirmed they will be rocking Belfast next year.

The American band, who were formed in 1981, will be performing at the Odyssey Arena on May 11, 2010.

The band has won nine Grammy Awards and have sold over 50 million albums in America alone.

Tickets are £55 and £49.

Internationally renowned pianist Richard Clayderman, The Prince Of Romance, will perform in Belfast in April next year.

The talented musician will be playing at the Waterfront Hall on Friday, April 16, 2010.

Richard is the world’s most popular instrumental recording artist, with a career spanning more than 30 years.

Tickets are £30.

Irish rock legends Horslips are set to play a concert in Belfast this week.

The band will play the Odyssey Arena on Thursday, December 3.

The band will play songs from their 10 albums from the 70s and from the more recent Rollback unplugged session. Sharon Corr has been added as very special guest.

Drummer Eamon Carr will not play the concerts, citing personal reasons.

Tickets are £38 and £33.

Charismatic blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa is to put on his transformational live show to Belfast this week.

The American, who has been playing since he was child and caught B.B. King's ear at only aged 10, is to play the Waterfront Hall on Sunday.

Now on his ninth solo album and seventh studio release of his career, he was named as Guitar Player's Best Blues Guitarist in 2007 and 2008.

Tickets range from £21 to £30.

Dancing Queens everywhere can celebrate the music of ABBA this weekend in Belfast.

ABBA The Show, which features original band members, will be on at the Odyssey Arena on Sunday. The show packs all their greatest hits into a two hour musical extravaganza.

Tickets are £38 and £33.

Due to the huge demand, Christy Moore has added an extra Belfast date.

The popular musician, who will be performing with Declan Sinnott, will now be playing on Saturday, March 6, 2010, as well as Friday, March 5, 2010.

Tickets are £30 and £33.

Elvis on tour featuring Lee ‘Memphis’ King at the Ulster Hall has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Refunds are available from the original point of purchase.

Mercury Music Prize-nominee Florence and the Machine will be playing two Irish gigs this weekend.

The English act will play at the Ulster Hall in Belfast on Sunday and Dublin's Olympia Theatre on Monday.

The Temper Trap will be special guests for both these shows.

Tickets are £21 for the Belfast show and 24.50euros for the Dublin date.

The Great Dame, or, The Continued Adventures of Space Aladdin — a pantomime featuring vaudeville, live musical performances, at least one or two jokes and an unhealthy tendency to reference The Beatles takes place in Belfast this month.

Performed by The Men of the Hour, the show takes place at the Black Box on December 20, 22 and 23. It is an original pantomime by the company which has been running since 2007.

Tickets are priced £7.

Newcastle rockers The Quireboys are set for a welcome return to Belfast this weekend.

The band, who will be supported by Inch High, will be performing a gig at Spring & Airbrake on Friday. The rock and roll band, who have been compared to the likes of Aerosmith and AC/DC, are in the midst of a UK tour.

Tickets are £18.

Experimental indie rockers Yeasayer make their long awaited Belfast debut at the Speakeasy in early 2010.

The Brooklyn band, whose first album All Hour Cymbals was released in late 2007 to critical acclaim, will be performing in the city on Saturday, February 20, 2010.

Tickets are £10.
