Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson urges men to open up
Hollywood actor Samuel L Jackson has said he thinks society still puts "too much pressure on men to be tough guys".
Jackson was talking ahead of hosting a fashion ball to kick start the London Collections Men showcase.
The ball follows a charity golf day and both projects are in aid of the One For The Boys charity.
It aims to raise awareness and support for men about cancer, and Jackson said he hopes he can urge men to open up about their health.
He said: "Sadly, it's a very male trait in many societies to keep things like their emotions and health issues to themselves.
"Women are much more open about their health and almost expected to discuss it."
