Affleck shares flaw with Batman

Ben Affleck has joked that he and Batman share a character trait - rage.

The actor is playing the Caped Crusader in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, and revealed to The Sunday Times that they are actually similar in that they both bottle up anger until it explodes out of them.

He said: "I think it's a necessity, historically, in the tradition of these films.

"For me, anger is so deeply buried and contained that when it does kind of come out, it comes out in stronger bursts.

"I tend to be respectful, polite, get along, put up with, put up with, put up with... then when it emerges, it's not something I have a ton of control over."

Ben, 42, added: "I'm not gonna do a Wolverine berserk rage, but I do have a, I do..."

The film is being unveiled in 2016 and will see Ben starring as Batman alongside Henry Cavill, who will reprise his role as Superman from Man Of Steel.

Amy Adams, Diane Lane and Lawrence Fishburne will also be back, alongside newcomers Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto and Ray Fisher. Jesse Eisenberg will play Lex Luthor and Gal Gadot makes her debut as Wonder Woman.
