Aniston role set to surprise fans

Jennifer Aniston plays a dentist in the new film

Jennifer Aniston's fans can expect to see a "different side" to the actress in her latest role.

The Friends star appears alongside Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Jamie Foxx in new comedy Horrible Bosses.

And the film's director Seth Gordon promised that the sexual predator dentist Jennifer portrays will be a far cry from her other recent roles.

Speaking at the film's Los Angeles premiere, he said: "She's really something else in this movie and she shows a whole different side, and I'm really excited there was this opportunity to do that."

Jennifer plays one of three evil employers in the movie, alongside Kevin Spacey and Colin Farrell - and the director says part of Horrible Bosses' appeal lies in some unexpected casting choices.

He revealed: "When it came to the bosses, I wanted to have faces that haven't been in this kind of comedy before, to bring it to life and play characters we haven't seen."
