But the Bangor beauty, who held an exclusive bash at Belfast's Spring and Airbrake, took time out from the celebrations to lend her support to the charity that helped propel her to stardom.

She has urged the public to vote for MT4Uth (Music Theatre for Youth) in the UK National Lottery Awards.

Niamh, who turned 18 earlier this month, in the middle of the A-level exams, was joined at the party by fellow I'd Do Anthing finalist, Sam Barks.

Sam who made the final four of the BBC search — struck up a friendship with the Bangor girl during the series and the pair have kept in touch since it ended. And she flew in from the Isle of Man especially for the event.

And providing entertainment at the party was local band Kowalski.

MT4Uth is the only Northern Ireland charity to qualify for the semi finals of the coveted awards — and if successful could net a much needed £2,000.

The charity, which was established only three years ago — is being recognised for its 'Musicals in a Weekend' project which gave 140 young people the chance to train with leading international directors, musicians and choreographers to stage three musicals; 'Sweet Charity' in Armagh, 'Bugsy Malone' in Belfast and performing 'Guys and Dolls' in Londonderry-Derry.

Said Niamh: "Musicals in a Weekend, is terrific experience for young performers as the intensity is superb grounding for future performances, and importantly, auditions."

Another MT4Uth success is Jayne Wisener who starred alongside Johnny Depp in the Hollywood blockbuster 'Sweeney Todd'.
