BBC weatherman Barra Best and presenter Jo Scott have teamed up with Pudsey Bear to promote this year's BBC Children in Need appeal.

The pair were pictured outside Broadcasting House on Ormeau Avenue to promote the appeal which runs from Monday, November 9 and culminates with the live TV show on Friday November 13.

Sir Terry Wogan is hosting the fundraising extravaganza this year alongside Tess Daly, Fearne Cotton, Rochelle Humes and Nick Grimshaw.

Other highlights include a Call The Midwife Strictly special and the return of Bruce Forsyth to the show. Harry Hill will be performing a one-off skit, and music will come from Ellie Goulding, Rod Stewart and Selena Gomez.

To date supporters have raised over £790m for children and young people across the UK and the charity is calling on people to once again pull out the stops and to help raise money to change young lives.

The official fundraising pack is available for download now from bbc.co.uk/pudsey.
