Baruchel set for King adaptation

Jay Baruchel is set to star in a big screen adaptation of Stephen King's short story The Ten O'Clock People.

The How To Train Your Dragon star will also be an executive producer on the project, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision blog.

Child's Play filmmaker Tom Holland will direct.

The story follows a man who starts smoking again while using a quitting drug, which leads to him suffering a scary side effect, in that he can see monsters or "bat men" all around him.

Jay, 31, is due to start working on the film in June in his native Canada.
