Blunt: It helps marrying an actor

Emily Blunt says it helps that she and her husband are both actors

Emily Blunt has said she thinks being in the same industry as her husband John Krasinski helps make their marriage work.

The 29-year-old actress - who travelled to Morocco to film her latest movie Salmon Fishing In The Yemen - said she cherishes the chunks of time she spends with The US Office star.

Emily said: "You just make it work. I think that it might be a bit harder if I had a nine to five job, because I get lots of chunks of time off and we got lots of time together and you just make it work.

"And it's nice to have a shared understanding of what you do and what each other does."

The Devil Wears Prada star admitted she couldn't believe how lucky she was to get paid to go to work on location in Morocco.

She said: "It was absolutely beautiful.

"And it really is one of those moments when you're sitting in a Bedouin tent between takes and you're thinking, 'What a job! I'm so lucky.' It was my favourite part of the shoot."
