Brody joins Kenneth Grahame biopic
Adrien Brody is to star in a new biopic about Wind In The Willows writer Kenneth Grahame.
The Oscar-winner will also produce the film Banking On Mr Toad, and has admitted that he was "moved to tears" by the script.
He joins Brian Blessed, who will play Kenneth's friend William Furnivall, reported Screen Daily.
The live-action and CGI movie will follow the Scottish writer's relationship with his wife and son, who battled health problems, as well as the birth of his best-selling book.
The Pianist star Adrien said: "I was moved to tears by this compelling tale of a father's love for his child, and how the obstacles in life sometimes provide the spark of creativity to conquer them. This beautiful script has the power to remind us of our humanity and speaks to children and adults alike."
The film has been in the pipeline for some time and various stars have previously been linked to the project, including Ioan Gruffudd and Samantha Morton.
Banking On Mr Toad will be directed by Luis Mandoki and shooting is due to start at the end of this year.
