Bruce Willis signs up for Vice role

Bruce Willis has signed up for his next movie

Bruce Willis is set to star in upcoming sci-fi film Vice.

The Red actor has signed up for Emmett/Furla Films' futuristic action thriller, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision blog.

He will co-star with 2 Guns actress Ambyr Childers, the wife of producer Randall Emmett.

The movie is set in the future on a resort "where the staff are lifelike synthetic beings and the rich can live out their darkest fantasies".

Bruce, 58, will play the owner of the resort and Ambyr will star as a female employee who becomes self-aware and sets out for revenge.

So far no director is attached.

News of Bruce's casting comes days after it was reported that he is in negotiations to star in indie thriller Captive. The movie tells the story of an American real estate magnate, living in Brazil, who is kidnapped and held for ransom at a prison cell hidden in a landfill site.
