Jamie Foxx, who played a comedy gangster who acted as a "murder mentor", will also reprise his role.
We're The Millers writers Sean Anders and John Morris will direct the comedy sequel.
New Line are currently in the process of casting new actors to play the other bosses, although it is rumoured there may be cameos from previous bosses Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey.
John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who worked on the first movie, penned the original draft for the sequel. Anders and Morris recently did a rewrite.
