Cotillard takes on Rust And Bone
Marion Cotillard has gone back to her French roots with a forthcoming role in Rust And Bone.
The Oscar-winning French actress is said to be planning a collaboration with Jacques Audiard, the award-winning director behind A Prophet and The Beat That My Heart Skipped, reported Variety.
Described as "a mix of suspense and love", Rust And Bone, an adaptation of Craig Davidson's short story collection of the same name, plans to start shooting this autumn for 14 weeks in the south of France and Belgium.
Marion, who won an Oscar for her performance in La Vie En Roses, recently starred in Hollywood movies like Inception and Midnight In Paris and will next be seen in Contagion and The Dark Knight Rises.
She also appeared in her partner Guillaume Canet's third directorial effort, the French-language film, Little White Lies.
