Daniel Radcliffe's Potter spectacle

Daniel Radcliffe kept two pairs of glasses from his Harry Potter films

Daniel Radcliffe has revealed the only souvenirs he kept from the seven Harry Potter films were two pairs of glasses.

The 21-year-old actor has been playing the boy wizard since he was 11 and earlier this year finished filming the final scenes of the last film Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part II - but decided he only wanted a small memento of his magical adventures.

Daniel told fan website HPANA: "I've got two pairs of glasses - one from the seventh film, which were lensless, and I have a lensed pair from the first film which just seem like the tiniest little things now.

"So it's very sweet and they both have quite a place in my heart. And actually I'm probably going to get broken into now that I've told you that.

"That was the only thing I wanted. I didn't want the wand, I certainly didn't want the broom, and so those were the only things I had my heart set on."

The young British actor, who has gone on to act on Broadway and is currently filming his first adult film role in The Woman In Black, also revealed he is not at all keen on the idea of Harry Potter: The Musical.

He said: "My reaction would be pretty negative to that. I think there are books and there are films - and I mean, hey, a radio play could work. I don't know how it would be done as a musical.

"I'm ready to be proved wrong. But I think it's a bit of a long shot and in my opinion it's not the kind of film that would make a good musical.

"If I'm being perfectly honest, I just don't think it would work."

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
